EXTEND EXERCISE – Exercise Classes for Seniors

This is an exercise to music class for seniors. The classes are a fun way to maintain and improve your strength, mobility, posture and balance. The exercises are done either seated or standing, no floor work. The classes are taken by qualified Physiotherapist and trained Extend teacher Ann Oldfield Class times; Wednesday 9.45 -10.45, 11-12noon and Thursday 9.15 -10.15 If you are interested in joining one of my classes please contact me on 01684 564500 or theoldfields17@gmail.com
