A little bit about our Cafe
The Cube Garden Cafe is staffed by a mixture of paid staff and volunteers: our volunteers are Chris (from the Connect Service) and Pete and our permanent staff are Kaz and Catherine. Kaz is our qualified nutritionist who ensures that all food has the correct nutritional balance and is as healthy as it is tasty.
We strive to reduce our use of packaging and source all our ingredients locally when possible: our milk is free range and from Cotteswold Dairy, based in Tewkesbury; our free range eggs are from Brian’s Bantams, a small local flock; our bread is from Peter Cook’s bakery in Bishop’s Frome; our coffee and specialty teas are provided by James in Ross-on-Wye and some of our cheese is from local Worcester cheesemaker, Croome Cuisine.
We support Meat free Monday, an international campaign that encourages people to not eat meat on Mondays to improve their health and the health of the planet.
Many of our dishes are home cooked on the premises using the Cube’s own homegrown garden produce when in season
