Pilates Classes are designed for those who are new to Pilates or building on the basics.

You’ll be guided through exercises that are gentle yet effective, with clear options to suit your ability. Whether you’re a beginner wanting to learn correct technique, or you’ve done some Pilates before and want to progress, this class will help you:

• Strengthen your core and back
• Improve balance and alignment
• Increase mobility and flexibility
• Build body awareness for everyday movement

Each session is welcoming, supportive, and paced so that you can work safely while still feeling challenged.
