Over 50s yoga – a gentle, yet sometimes challenging class to keep you supple and feeling good.
All classes are taught in a classical Hatha Yoga style, with emphasis on body awareness, breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation, mantra and physical postures.Fun, down to earth, friendly and inclusive.
