Karen began her professional career as a Landscape Architect but for the past fifteen years has enjoyed working in community development, supporting rural communities with a wide range of projects and helping them to engage with rural planning. She now uses her experience of working with people and place to manage a project to restore and celebrate traditional orchards across the Three Counties.

Karen lives in Malvern and has been an active member of several local organisations, including school PTA’s, the Duckworth Trust and Priory youth and music groups. Her three children have all used the Cube, both for formal activities and as an informal place to meet with friends. There are exciting plans ahead for the Cube and Karen is keen to help it develop to meet the needs of the Malvern community.
