Summary of the event

Gentle Years Yoga can support strength, balance and flexibility in older people and those with physical limitations.
Using the Gentle Years Yoga method from the British Wheel of Yoga, this is a comfortable and steady chair-based exercise class.

Description of Event

From the 4th of September Weekly classes are offered in blocks of 10-weeks, though drop-in is also available.

Classes are currently held on Wednesdays from 10.30-11.30 am in the Cube Lounge.
