Rainbow Autism group Malvern Cube

Rainbow Autism is a ‘not-for-profit’, professionally led innovative and unique social enterprise that provides support and services to adults with high functioning autism (including Asperger’s syndrome), ADHD and other complex issues, including many with mental heath problems and dual diagnosis. We provide a menu of one to one support and group activities for the purpose of enabling individual’s the opportunity to maintain well-being, achieve personal development (including access to voluntary placements and paid employment) and improve skills to become a more active and valued part of their community. We also support people to build their social networks, What we provide very much depends on the individual needs we assess and their choice and so we are ultimately very person-centred. We do not base ourselves in one set venue but prefer to make good use of our community for the purpose of engaging those we support more within this. Therefore, part of our work is building close partnerships with other organisations and professionals as we aim to promote a holistic approach to the support on offer. Advocacy, benefit, employment and housing support is all part of our work as well as providing assessments of needs and autism diagnostic assessments, counselling/psychotherapy and social groups and those to build skills for independence and future employment.

We have recently set up a small social group at The Malvern Cube on a Friday (10am-midday) and are keen to evolve a drop-in service there for advice and information as well as other activities.
Due to the level of anxiety of those we support and their difficulty dealing with change we ask that people make an initial appointment to discuss their situation with Mandy (or one of our other staff) before being invited to join our groups.

Please feel free to email us, text or call our voicemail service and we will get back to you as soon as we can to discuss your needs.
